  • Grilled quail with warm orange salad, caramelised onion and beetroot chutney, star anise jus, pomegranate vinaigrette

  • Coral Trout, kipfler potato & avocado salad, broad bean crush, tomato vinaigrette(or)
  • Veal scallopine, sand crab meat, asparagus, potato mash, dill hollandaise, light jus (or)
  • Lightly smoked eye fillet, shitake and potato dumpling, green beans truffle sauce
