Opening Hours

Customs House is open seven days a week from 9.00am.  Customs House is closed on public holidays.  Customs House is also closed between Christmas and New Year and over Easter.

Information Office

The UQ Information Office is located on the Queen Street level of the building. General enquiries regarding University activities are invited. A range of departmental handbooks and brochures is available to prospective students.
The Information Office is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Parking

24 hour parking is available at Secure Parking 167 Eagle Street. (5 minute walk from Customs House.)

Location

Walk to Customs House down Queen Street or along the river boardwalk. Bus and train stations are located nearby while the City Cat stops at the Riverside Centre just a few minutes walk from Customs House.
